Indus, now known as Ventyx, develops, markets, licenses, implements, supports and hosts enterprise software applications in the primary areas of asset management, field service management and customer relationship management. Indus, formerly traded on the Nasdaq (symbol: iint), was sold to Vista Equity Partners in January 2007 for approximately $240 million.
