As general counsel to J Bar B Foods and its affiliated entities, Central Texas Ingredients, Inc. and Adams Extract & Spice, LLC for over 11 years, Ms. Munson worked closely and extensively with the executive management teams on corporate legal matters, including general corporate, board of director meetings, risk management, human resources and matters involving a broad range of industry-specific legal services including manufacturing, aviation, transportation, distribution and sales.

Earl Campbell Meat Products, Inc. is a privately-held company and proud producer of Earl Campbell's® Smoked Sausage, other food products and barbecue sauce. This entity manufactures and distributes food products under the name and likeness of the legendary Heisman trophy winner and noted former Houston Oiler and University of Texas alum, Earl Campbell. Ms. Munson worked closely with the executive management team on all corporate legal matters.
