• Domestic and international acquisitions and divestitures of multiple operating entities, both stock and asset transactions, including powerline distribution and general construction companies, box plants, paper mills, wood product manufacturing plants, and folding carton plants, and large scale timberlands.
• Represent multi-state forest and manufacturing operations in matters involving environmental and OSHA compliance and enforcement actions, civil environmental litigation, site remediation and superfund sites, endangered species, wetlands mitigation and wetlands banking, conservation easements and EHS audits.
• Provide legislative review and testimony to support Government Affairs.
• Negotiation and documentation of long term fiber supply agreements, and other long term raw material supply agreements.
• Prepare litigation and provide alternate dispute resolution, including both structured mediation and binding arbitration.
