• Technology license, alliance, joint venture and distribution agreements for domestic and international oilfield equipment and oilfield service companies including representing clients with matters in Panama, British Virgin Islands, United Kingdom, Nigeria, Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan.
• Commercial Agreements including large project vessel and rig construction contracts, manufacturing, seismic data acquisition and licensing contracts, consulting contracts, joint technology development agreements
