• Represent several national and regional restaurant chains in various real estate matters.
• Organize and participate in due diligence review with respect to real estate acquisitions, including all title matters, zoning, permitting process, third party approvals and use and development restrictions.
• Organize and conduct due diligence review of real estate holdings in conjunction with business or entity acquisitions.
